Job summary

Socure is seeking an Account Executive Director for the Federal practice to drive new revenue growth with large federal agencies. This role reports to the Head of Public Sector Sales and focuses on direct pursuits and strategic partnerships to expand our federal footprint.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of federal sales experience, exceptional relationship skills, and a proven record of negotiating complex deals. Remote work for US federal customers is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or technology sales with Federal public sector experience.
• Proven multi-stakeholder sales at the executive Federal level.
• Excellent relationship development and negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering with Alliances/Channels.
• Knowledge of fraud, security, identity, data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow new and existing accounts in partnership with federal agency leaders and capability experts.
• Build a strong pipeline with new and existing federal agencies.
• Drive activity with a relationship-focused lens and manage negotiations of opportunities in the pipeline.
• Define why company win themes and articulate them to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Alliances/Channels and partners to craft and sell solutions.
• Understand how company products map to federal priorities and distill and deliver the value proposition to prospects.
• Become a trusted resource and develop solid relationships with prospects and partners.
