Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager in a US remote-capable role to lead the development of compliant and competitive proposals for government RFPs and RFIs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality content across all proposal artifacts.

The position requires a track record of managing large-scale federal proposals, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Formación

• 12+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years relevant experience with Master's degree.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex proposals for federal government agencies.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal procurement processes and related regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with capture managers, technical experts, SMEs, pricing, partners, and compliance officers.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and mock-ups.
• Ensure proposals comply with RFP requirements, format, content, and submission guidelines.
• Manage Pink Team and Red Team processes and incorporate feedback promptly.
• Oversee production and submission of final proposal documents.
