• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex federal proposals.
• Regulation knowledge with FAR/DFARS familiarity.
• Exceptional organizational, project management and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple high-stakes projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with capture managers, technical SMEs, pricing, partners and compliance.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Ensure proposals are fully compliant with RFP requirements and submission guidelines.
• Oversee Pink Team and Red Team processes and implement improvements.
• Manage production and on-time delivery of final proposal documents.
