Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the Enterprise Proposal Center. The role leads development of compliant, compelling proposals in response to government solicitations, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality content.

This US-Remote-Telework position requires US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. Travel to on-site meetings up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex proposals for federal government agencies.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal procurement processes and related regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to travel to on-site meetings for active proposals up to 10%.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff through delivery.
• Collaborate with capture managers, technical SMEs, pricing teams, partners, and compliance officers to gather and write proposal content.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Ensure proposals are fully compliant with RFP requirements and submission guidelines.
• Manage Pink Team and Red Team processes and implement feedback promptly.
• Oversee production and submission of final proposal documents on time.
• Monitor status, issues, and risks and report to senior management.
• Mentor and train junior proposal staff and support strategic planning for win rates.
