Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of compliant, compelling federal proposals within the Intelligence & Cyber Business Unit. You will coordinate across capture managers, technical SMEs, pricing, and compliance to deliver proposals from inception to on-time submission.

This US-remote role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance; travel may be required for on-site meetings during active proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large federal proposals for government agencies.
• Experience with FAR and DFARS procurement processes.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for on-site meetings as needed.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from kickoff to submission, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate with capture managers, SMEs, pricing, and compliance teams.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for proposals.
• Ensure full compliance with RFP requirements and submission guidelines.
• Mentor and train junior proposal staff and oversee major proposal effort.
