Workday Government is seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Manager to lead federal opportunities from capture through post‑award follow‑up. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop win themes, ensure compliance, and deliver compelling, compliant proposals for U.S. government customers.

Location: Remote with a strong preference for the Washington DC area. Requires up to 25% travel and a U.S. citizenship.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of federal government proposal development experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR and related regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-proposal activities: capture strategy, requirements review, risk/opportunity assessments.
• Manage proposal development: cross-functional coordination, win themes, content quality, compliance, scheduling.
• Oversee post-submission activities: clarifications, post-proposal reviews, lessons learned.
