Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead federal government proposals from opportunity identification through submission and post‑award follow‑up, partnering with capture, BD, technical, and pricing teams.

This remote role requires 10+ years in federal proposal development, strong knowledge of FAR, exceptional writing and leadership, and up to 25% travel to engage with government customers.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of federal government proposal development experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR and related regulations.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
