Job summary

Mission Critical Solutions is seeking a Sr. Proposal Writer for a full-time, permanent, remote position with occasional travel to Tampa. The role requires 12+ years of federal proposal writing/management experience, including DoD work, and the ability to coordinate end-to-end bid processes.

You will lead proposal development, craft responses, manage schedules, and collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with solicitations and deadlines. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Shipley training/certs desired.
• 12+ years of proposal writing/management experience for Federal Government and DoD.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership on important matters.
• Experience with RFIs/RFPs/SOWs/IDIQs and government procurement processes.
• Proven ability to develop and manage proposals under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write and coordinate proposals for Government/Federal clients.
• Lead proposal development, scheduling, and SME coordination.
• Oversee content quality, compliance, and document control.
• Support negotiations and development of solution documentation.
• Manage multiple proposal tasks with tight turnarounds.
• Develop and maintain proposal libraries and templates.
