Job summary

eSimplicity Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer/Editor to plan, write, edit, and deliver winning federal proposals. You will work with SMEs, support pre-RFP activities, and contribute to business development in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will mentor authors, ensure compliance with government requirements, and help shape proposal strategy and storytelling across multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, English, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solutioning, technical content planning, drafting and editing for Federal procurements.
• Experience writing technical content for large Federal IT/defense opportunities (>$30M).
• Ability to summarize RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit technical proposal content from SMEs for federal solicitations.
• Review and coordinate proposal content for accuracy, messaging, and consistency.
• Coach SMEs and provide feedback to improve sections.
• Provide orientation and training for new proposal team members.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers on kickoff materials and timelines.
• Lead or support technical content development in solution sessions.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements and eSimplicity style.
• Contribute to writing guides, graphics collaboration, and knowledge reuse.
