Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Federal Programs Project Manager to lead design projects for federal clients across multiple U.S. locations, including San Diego, CA. The role involves coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, delivering design-bid-build and design-build projects, and overseeing construction documents.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in A/E delivery for federal programs, PE/RA, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture or engineering, including AEP project delivery for USACE/NAVFAC/AFCEC/DoW.
• PE or RA registration.
• 3+ years in Alternative Delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, stakeholder interviews, existing conditions analysis and client meetings.
• Manage design process and provide high-value technical expertise.
• Coordinate with clients, site managers, engineers, and planning staff for design program implementation.
