Job summary

WSP is seeking a Federal Programs Project Manager to lead design teams across multiple U.S. offices, including Arlington, VA. You will guide design efforts, conduct stakeholder interviews, and deliver construction documents for federal projects.

The role requires extensive experience in architecture/engineering, familiarity with DoW/USACE processes, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in architecture or engineering, with USACE/NAVFAC/AFCEC/DoW experience.
• PE or RA registration required.
• 3+ years on Alternative Delivery projects.
• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Knowledge of UFC/UFGS codes, design-build frameworks, and CPARS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects with stakeholder interviews, existing conditions analysis, and client presentations.
• Manage the design process and provide high-value technical expertise on projects.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams for design program implementation and charrettes.
• Deliver designs in design-bid-build, design-build, or alternative delivery frameworks.
• Develop construction documents for Federal projects and conduct site observations.
• Review drawings for design intent and coordination; perform quality checks.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members; support business development responses.
