Job summary

WSP seeks an experienced Federal Programs Project Manager to lead design projects across multiple US offices, including Pittsburgh, with potential to work from various locations. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality design documents and ensure conformance with federal delivery frameworks.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Travel across CONUS is anticipated as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent plus registration is required/preferred.
• 10+ years in architecture or engineering with DoW/USACE/NAVFAC experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects and manage design process with project leadership.
• Coordinate with Clients, Site Managers, and disciplines for design implementation.
• Prepare design documents and conduct design charrettes/review workshops.
• Deliver projects in design-bid-build, Design-Build, or other delivery frameworks.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Support responses to Federal client RFQs (SF330).
• Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and client requirements.
