Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Federal Programs Project Manager to lead design projects for USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, and DoW clients. The role offers opportunities to work across multiple offices including Denver, CO, and CONUS/OCONUS travel.

You will manage design processes, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with federal frameworks and project schedules.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team leading design projects, stakeholder interviews, existing conditions analysis, and presentations for Clients and other meetings as required.
• Responsible for managing design process and provision of high value technical expertise for relevant projects as assigned by the Project leadership.
• Coordinate with other team members and technical disciplines for all facets related to design program implementation and construction.
• Prepare and conduct design charrettes and review workshops.
• Delivery of design projects in design-bid-build, Design-Build, or Alternative Delivery frameworks.
• Lead development of construction documents for Federal projects.
• Conduct on-site observations and facility condition assessments.
• Review documents for design intent, material use and coordination; perform quality checks.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Support marketing responses to Federal RFQs (SF330).
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies.
