Job summary

GXM Technologies LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Deputy Project Lead to oversee day-to-day contract operations for a Federal program. This on-site role requires leadership, coordination of workstreams, and ensuring timely deliverables while supporting client events as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong Federal program management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience supporting Federal programs, project management, team leadership, schedule and deliverable management, reporting, or stakeholder coordination.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily execution of contract operations and assist the Project Lead with overall program management.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and recurring reporting activities.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Data Analysts and Program Analysts.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions to keep work on schedule.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to support program objectives and resolve operational issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.
