Job summary
Hive Group LLC seeks a Program/Project Management Specialist III to support the TSA Vetting Analysis Division (VAD) on-site at TSA HQ in Springfield, VA, with occasional assignments in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will manage IMS, requirements, UAT, and documentation while coordinating with government and DHS partners.
The role requires strong PM skills, security clearance eligibility, and ability to deliver 95% on-time reports and 100% PWS compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant PM experience in federal programs.
- Experience with requirements-gathering, UAT testing, and process modeling.
- Ability to prepare briefing materials for government management.
Responsibilities
- Support IMS, plans, and risk logs; draft monthly status reports.
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with VAD owners.
- Plan and execute UAT, draft scenarios, test cases, and job aids.
- Analyze processes to identify efficiency gains and provide recommendations.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with TSA/DHS and external entities.
- Gather and review KPIs and QC/QA metrics.
- Ensure 95% on-time delivery of reports and deliverables.
- Maintain 100% compliance with PWS and TSA/DHS standards.
