Job summary

Hive Group, a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB, seeks a Program/Project Management Specialist 4 (PPM4) to support TSA I&A Vetting Analysis Division under IPMSS. Location options include TSA HQ Springfield, VA, or Annapolis Junction, MD.

On-site presence required at least one day weekly, with telework as needed. The role requires a Master’s degree (or BA/BS with 15+ years experience), 10+ years in technical program management, and active Secret clearance for IR&A work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; BA/BS with 15+ years can substitute.
• 10+ years in applying technical processes to complex problems and managing schedules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with TSA/DHS vetting environments and related workflows.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet TSA public trust/suitability requirements; Secret clearance preferred for IR&A roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex programs and schedules across VAD lines.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and integrate program plans with government leadership.
• Lead or support cross-functional workshops and UAT planning.
• Capture requirements and align program activities with agency priorities.
• Author and review high-level artifacts, including status reports and SOPs.
• Identify risks and impacts across division systems and manage changes.
