Job summary

Hive Group, LLC is seeking a high-level Program/Project Management Specialist IV to support TSA’s Program Implementation Branch. The role covers Airline & Crew Vetting, Aviation/Cargo, and Maritime Programs, with on-site work at AJOC in Annapolis Junction, MD or TSA HQ in Springfield, VA.

You will oversee complex projects, drive process improvements, and coordinate stakeholder activities in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of relevant program/project management experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional resources and vendors
• Strong governance, risk, and change management skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass TSA suitability determinations
• Experience with IMS, WBS, and project charters is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage complex project lifecycles for TSA-related programs
• Develop and maintain program governance plans (risk, change, quality, configuration)
• Create and manage schedules using Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and briefing packages
• Lead cross-functional meetings and governance bodies (IPTs, CCBs, ESCs)
• Coordinate training development and operational rollouts for vetting programs
• Conduct training needs assessments and design curricula and evaluation metrics
• Prepare SOPs, job aids, and process maps; ensure compliance with TSA mandates
