Job summary

Hive Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project Management Specialist III to support TSA Vetting Analysis Division (VAD). The role involves IMS/Plans development, requirements management, UAT execution, and cross-functional coordination across TSA vetting programs.

On-site at TSA HQ Springfield, VA or AJOC, MD with occasional travel and schedule flexibility. Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS and PM experience with federal agencies, proficiency in MS Project, Basecamp, and Microsoft 365, plus a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant PM experience supporting federal programs.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate).
• Experience gathering requirements, performing UAT, modeling processes, and drafting technical/operational documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing government management.
• Must pass TSA Tier 2 Moderate Risk background investigation and be eligible for a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support development, tracking, and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules and related plans; draft status reports and risk logs.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with VAD owners; document user requirements and data models.
• Assist in planning and executing UAT; draft test cases and job aids for system rollouts.
• Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency gains and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops; document decisions, action items, and SOPs.
• Collect and review KPIs and QC/QA metrics to monitor program performance.
