Job summary

Hive Group is seeking a Program/Project Management Specialist 4 to support TSA Intelligence & Analysis Vetting Analysis Division under IPMSS. The role requires advanced program management, cross-functional coordination, and partnership with government stakeholders.

On-site engagements at Springfield, VA or Annapolis Junction, MD are required, with flexibility for on-site and travel as needed. The position emphasizes complex scheduling, executive briefings, and delivering operational solutions

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; BA/BS with 15+ years of relevant experience can substitute.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience applying technical processes to complex problems, managing schedules, and delivering executive-level briefings.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent are preferred.
• Security clearances/suitability: TSA public trust/suitability and active Secret clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage complex initiatives and schedules across VAD business lines.
• Provide executive-level briefings and budgetary oversight to Government leadership.
• Lead or support cross-functional workshops, UAT planning, and process improvements for vetting applications.
• Engage with TSA, DHS components, and external entities to capture requirements and align program activities.
• Prepare and finalize high-level program artifacts like Monthly Status Reports, project plans, and SOPs.
• Identify and document operational risks and change management impacts.
