Job summary

RELI Group Inc. in Virginia is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a TSA CUAS task order on-site five days a week from 8 am to 4 pm.

You will serve as the primary interface for the COR and government leads, coordinate contractor work, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of federal program management experience, an active PMP, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience performing similar job responsibilities in the federal space.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, IT, or project management or related field.
• Experience with government contracting and TSA programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor personnel assigned to the task order.
• Coordinate contractor work assignments and align with government priorities.
• Ensure deliverables are on time with quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project management, quality, staffing, and risk plans.
• Provide risk updates and participate in status reviews with government leads.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and security standards.
