RELI Group is seeking a Senior CUAS Operations Manager to lead a team of CUAS technical experts at TSA HQ in Springfield, VA. You will coordinate deployments, oversee setups and maintenance, and serve as the primary contractor liaison with Government technical leads.

The role requires five years of CUAS experience, FAA Part 107, and the ability to travel up to 30%. On-site duties and security clearance are required for this government-facing position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of CUAS technical or operational experience.
• Experience supervising or leading technical personnel.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CUAS Technical Experts and coordinate daily activities.
• Coordinate nationwide deployments from the National Capital Region.
• Provide technical oversight for deployment, setup, configuration, operation and troubleshooting of drone operations.
• Serve as primary contractor contact with Government Technical Lead.
• Ensure readiness and perform post-deployment checks and reporting.
