Job summary

B&A is seeking a Program Manager to lead critical government programs from our Stafford/Quantico, Virginia location. The role requires extensive federal program experience, PMP certification, and a current TS/SCI clearance.

You will coordinate complex deliverables, ensure continuity of mission support, and interface with multiple divisions including DDD, RMD, and CI. Anticipated start is March 29, 2027, with a base year plus four option years and a salary range of $140,000 to $210,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Active PMP certification.
• At least ten years of experience managing federal government programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact supporting the Due Diligence Division (DDD), Risk Management Division (RMD), and Counterintelligence (CI) mission areas.
• Oversee program management, coordination, contract deliverables, and continuity of FOCI entity-vetting and threat-information support.
• Coordinate staffing and transition activities to maintain uninterrupted mission support.
