RELI Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver a DoD/TSA CUAS program task order on-site in Virginia. You will coordinate contractor staff, align work with government priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Required is 10+ years in federal project management, a PMP credential, and strong communication. The role demands independent and collaborative work in a Government HQ environment with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' federal project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in management, IT, or related field.
• PMP certification (active) required.
• Project management experience in government contracting; TSA experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Primary point of contact for the COR, government task leads, and other designated Government personnel.
• Coordinate contractor work assignments and staff, aligning support with priorities.
• Manage staff adjustments based on mission needs.
• Ensure contract deliverables are on time with no quality issues; monitor workload and due dates.
• Leverage RELI risk management framework and provide risk updates in status reports.
• Develop and maintain project, quality, staffing, and risk plans to support the task order.
• Implement quality management across scope to achieve error-free deliverables.
• Drive organic growth of the task order.
• Ensure RELI personnel comply with contract requirements and security training.
