Job summary

RELI Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex government contracts and ensure delivery on time and within budget. You will oversee scope, schedule, staffing, and deliverables, monitor budgets, mitigate risks, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve mission objectives.

On-site work at TSA facilities in Springfield, VA and DC may be required. The role emphasizes PMP-certified leadership and a track record of managing multi-million dollar contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience, incl. 5+ years managing government contracts.
• Experience managing a government contract valued at $5 million or greater.
• Experience supervising teams of 5–8 personnel in contract delivery.
• PMP certification is required.
• On-site work at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA and TSIF in DC as required.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: manage a government contract from mission, objectives, scope, task, and deliverables.
• Team leadership and coordination: lead approximately 8 personnel; assign tasks, facilitate communication, and resolve issues or conflicts.
• Budget and resource management: monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost control.
• Risk management: identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
• Stakeholder communication: primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams; provide regular updates and communicate project status and progress.
• Quality assurance and documentation: maintain comprehensive project documentation, track performance metrics, and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
