Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries - Mission Technologies seeks a Senior Program Manager for a C-UAS program delivering mission‑focused, adaptable solutions for federal missions across diverse environments.

You will coordinate with federal agencies and industry partners, oversee risk, resources, and schedules, and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve timely, high‑impact outcomes with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years leading complex federal R&D, prototyping, or technical programs, with demonstrated experience delivering mission‑focused outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with CUAS test and evaluation activities, including planning, executing, and assessing field tests across varied operational environments.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with federal agencies and industry partners to ensure aligned objectives.
• Oversee testing, evaluation, and transition activities for mission systems.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality results across core mission areas.
• Shape offerings for diverse federal environments from border to critical infrastructure protection.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage program risk and schedule.
