Job summary

SpecPro Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager based in Alexandria, VA. The candidate will support U.S. Federal Protective Services and must have a minimum of 10 years of experience along with an active PMP certification.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week, and responsibilities include preparing business case analyses, high-quality briefings, and reporting on project activities. Candidates should also possess strong communication skills and a working knowledge of Tririga and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a project manager.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Must have capacity to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and present high-quality briefings to FPS leadership.
• Research and prepare business case analyses for project feasibility.
• Provide comprehensive weekly and final summary reports on project activities.
• Prepare SOPs for repeatable activities within project scope.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly summary reports on space utilization.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication abilities

Working knowledge of Tririga

ServiceNow

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant degree program

Active PMP certification

Active FAC-P/PM Level II certification
