Job summary

RELI Group, Inc. is recruiting for a training coordination role to support TSA’s Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (CUAS) program in a national capacity.

The position focuses on training preparation, documentation, and coordination across schedules, curricula, and qualification tracking, while ensuring compliance with federal requirements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience and the ability to work with sensitive information in a government HQ setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience performing similar job responsibilities.
• Experience supporting Federal programs.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work with sensitive but unclassified information in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a Government HQ environment.
• Ability to prepare high-quality draft products for Government review and approval.
• Ability to successfully complete the TSA security clearance process.

Responsibilities

• Support training preparation through training schedule development, course coordination and logistics, attendee rosters, and documenting training completions.
• Support training documentation review including training plan, curriculum review and documentation, qualification and certification framework, hiring documentation and integration into broader CUAS program plans.
• Support training and hiring gap analysis.1.
