Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a national C-UAS program, coordinating with federal agencies and partners to deliver adaptable, mission-focused solutions. You will oversee planning, risk, resources, and cross‑site teams to ensure timely delivery and transition to operations.

The role requires extensive federal program experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work across government and industry while maintaining security and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years leading federal R&D, prototyping, or technical programs.
• Hands-on CUAS test & evaluation planning, execution, and assessment.
• Experience maturing emerging tech toward operational readiness.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams across sensing, C2, and system integration.
• Experience coordinating diverse vendors and stakeholders for integration.
• Proven briefing skills with senior federal stakeholders; cross-agency collaboration.
• Active Secret clearance; PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Build strong engagement with federal agencies and stakeholders to align mission outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality results across core mission areas.
• Oversee evaluation activities and tailor emerging solutions for transition to operations.
• Manage program planning, execution, risk, and budget across multiple sites.
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure open system interoperability and long‑term adaptability.
