Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with a Public Trust clearance for the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Hybrid work is available. The role serves as the main POC for IT support services and deliverables, ensuring cohesive operations across tiers and process improvements to boost customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience in the Federal sector, PMP, and strong leadership with large teams.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years as a Program/Project Manager for the Federal Government.
• Five (5) or more years managing and leading large Enterprise Service Desk teams utilizing ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• PMP certification.
• Managed a team of over 30+ IT professionals.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes.
• Demonstrated experience in full development life cycle development standards and best practices for quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for project/program management staff and client delivery.
• Have full authority to act on behalf of the contract on daily operations.
• Supervise all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
• Ensure adequate personnel to provide IT support services as specified.
• Ensure adherence to ActioNet’s Quality Management System and reporting controls.
• Escalate and drive closure of risks and issues.
• Develop cross-project reporting and standardized project-level reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused experiences.
