The role requires a Public Trust suitability, a Bachelor's degree with eight years federal government experience, and proven PM leadership across development teams. Expect involvement in Agile/Scrum practices and contractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, with federal government experience.
• 8 years of Project Management experience including developing plans, coordinating projects, communicating changes, and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects; lead technical staff; liaise between business and technical sides.
• Oversee contractors, ensure scope, schedule, and quality targets are met; present reports to management and clients.
• Lead Agile/Scrum-based execution, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, milestones, and delivery forecasting.
