Job summary

ActioNet is seeking a Program Manager with a Top-Secret clearance for the DC Area/Vienna, VA region. The role is hybrid, serving as primary POC and leading IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams.

Expect strong PM leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in performance. The successful candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and risk, coordinating with government stakeholders to meet objectives and contract requirements while

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in program/project management, incl. IT or cybersecurity contracts.
• Certifications: PMP or GIAC/Project Manager.
• Security: Active or ability to obtain DOE "Q" clearance.
• Knowledge: federal IT policies, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53, Zero Trust).
• Experience: earned value management, cost control, and budget forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of program activities.
• Manage cross-functional teams with strategic direction and risk mitigation.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with agency regulations and cybersecurity policies.
• Serve as liaison between agency, contractors, and internal teams.
