Job summary

cFocus Software Incorporated is seeking a Program Manager to support the United States International Defense Finance Agency (DFC). The role is hybrid (2 days onsite) and requires an Active Public Trust clearance.

The candidate will direct program performance, coordinate with federal stakeholders, and manage risk, staffing, and schedules across government projects. Responsibilities include establishing governance, developing the PMP, and delivering executive-level briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall contract performance across all PWS task areas.
• Lead contract kickoff and develop the PMP within 10 business days.
• Coordinate governance structure with COR and Government stakeholders.
• Maintain risk/issue logs and ensure government readiness and auditability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and executive briefings.
• Ensure alignment with NIST RMF and federal cybersecurity objectives.
