Job summary

LCG Inc. in Rockville, MD is seeking a Project Manager, Contract Delivery to lead the successful delivery of federal IT programs for HHS and its operating divisions.

This hands-on role oversees contracts, governance, staffing, budgets, and customer satisfaction while serving as the primary interface with government stakeholders. The ideal candidate has PMP certification, 7+ years in federal IT or technical service delivery, and strong leadership with Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of federal IT or technical service delivery program management (5 years with a Master's).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• PMP certification is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Onsite work a minimum of three days per week in Rockville, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of assigned federal IT programs meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Establish PM standards, delivery methodologies, and quality practices across programs.
• Develop project plans, schedules, staffing, estimates, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.
• Directly own contracts lacking an assigned Project Manager.
• Lead Agile delivery activities across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements.
