Qualifications

• Ten or more years as a Program Manager for the Federal Government.
• Six or more years managing and leading large Enterprise Service Desk teams utilizing ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Managed a team of over 50 IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Project and Program management staff.
• Maintain overall programmatic responsibility of the contract.
• Ensure satisfactory performance of contract task areas.
