Job summary

Innovim is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a Federal IT Support Services BPA for a U.S. legislative branch agency.

The role is hybrid in Washington, DC with on-site work as required, serving as the single point of contact to the customer and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple task orders. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of PM experience, a PMP (or equivalent), and strong communication with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• 10–12 years of program/project management experience in Federal IT.
• PMP certification required, or 10 years of relevant PM experience in lieu.
• Working understanding of IT and cybersecurity capabilities.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools; ability to develop policies and work instructions.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residence; ability to obtain Public Trust (Tier 2).

Responsibilities

• Provide BPA and task order administration, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Serve as single point of contact to the customer and liaise with COR and executives.
• Lead project initiation and planning; translate business requirements into technical plans.
• Manage resources and budget, including labor-burn forecasting.
• Oversee execution, schedule management, and quality of deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks.
• Prepare task proposals with budget and schedule; develop policies and procedures.
• Provide clear status reporting across concurrent activities.
• Assess deliverables to ensure they meet customer requirements.
