Job summary

Guardians of Honor, LLC in the Southwest region seeks an experienced Grants Management professional to support our Head Start client. You will oversee multiple grants, mentor staff, and help develop SOPs and trainings to ensure high quality service.

Travel 10-20% regionally and serve as a client-facing lead on federal contracts, coordinating with program directors to address regulatory and fiscal concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for consideration, Master’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years of related grants management experience
• Experience supervising staff is preferred
• Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards is required
• Experience serving as a client-facing point of contact on federal contracts is desired
• Strong data analytics and ability to present data to diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead process documentation and quality control efforts; provide feedback to team members
• Manage multiple concurrent grants projects and activities
• Serve as POC for federal clients and maintain open communication
• Support SOP development and training materials
• Contribute to client progress reports and project timelines
• Attend client meetings and summarize outcomes
• Provide regulatory guidance to Head Start programs and monitor compliance
