Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC in Atlanta seeks an experienced Federal Grants Management professional to support the Office of Head Start in the Southeast Region. The role focuses on managing multiple concurrent grants, ensuring compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, and coordinating with federal clients and mentors.

Travel to FL, GA, NC, SC, MD, VA, WV, DC, DE and Puerto Rico is required; the candidate will lead process documentation, SOP creation, training, and client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of related grants management experience for consideration.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards required.
• PMP is a distinguishing feature; data analytics skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members; ensure on-schedule delivery of work products.
• Manage multiple concurrent grants and associated activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for federal clients; maintain clear communications.
• Develop and update SOPs, QC procedures, templates, and trainings.
• Prepare client progress reports and coordinate with project manager.
