Job summary

Guardians of Honor, LLC in the Midwest region is seeking an experienced federal grants management professional to support our Head Start client. The role requires onsite work and travel to multiple states.

You will manage daily operations of multiple grants, supervise teams, and serve as a key client-facing point of contact on federal contracts, ensuring compliance with Head Start standards and delivering high-quality support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of grants management experience with Head Start knowledge.
  • Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in with team members to ensure on-schedule work products.
  • Lead process documentation and quality control efforts.
  • Manage multiple concurrent grants projects and activities.
  • Serve as a POC for federal clients with open, trusted communication.
  • Develop SOPs and QC procedures and trainings for deliverables.
  • Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project managers.
  • Attend client meetings to present status and strategies.
  • Support monitoring, site visits, and post-award activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and regulations.
