Job summary

Guardians of Honor, LLC seeks an experienced grants management professional to support its West Region Office and federal Head Start programs. The role focuses on managing multiple concurrent grants, ensuring compliance with Head Start standards, and providing strategic guidance to a team of specialists.

The ideal candidate will lead client communications, oversee budget revisions, enrollment, facilities, and incident reporting, while developing SOPs and trainings to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of related grants management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards required.
  • Experience supervising teams is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple grants management projects for federal clients.
  • Supervise and mentor team members; ensure on-schedule delivery of deliverables.
  • Lead process documentation and quality control efforts; provide feedback on deliverables.
  • Maintain strong communication with federal clients; serve as primary point of contact.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and checklists to improve performance.
  • Contribute to client progress reports and project timelines with the project manager.
