Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of related grants management experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards required.
• PMP is a distinguishing feature.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to present data clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite at the Northeast Regional Office.
• Ability to pass background investigations for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and mentor staff to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Serve as a POC for federal clients with open communication.
• Develop SOPs, templates and training materials for deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent grants activities and timelines.
• Coordinate with the project manager on timelines and work plans.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all grant related outputs.
• Prepare reports and status updates for stakeholders.
