Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining health C-Level relationships.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem solving.
• Ability to understand the bigger picture of IT plans.
• Experience promoting a customer success mindset in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales.
• Coordinate client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy with a broad virtual team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and IT roadmap with ServiceNow.
• Identify right specialist resources to bring into deals at the right time.
