Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full life cycle of prime contracts and subcontracts, including government and commercial agreements. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates. Salary range is $63,942-$95,680, depending on experience and skill level.

The role requires strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, proposal support, and coordination with NASA/DoD programs. Candidates must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in contracts.
• 5+ years in contracts or subcontract administration for mid-level.
• 8+ years for senior level with complex agreements and negotiations.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and prime contract flowdowns.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of prime contracts, task orders, and subcontracts.
• Support proposals and bid reviews, identifying risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate with government contracting personnel and teammates.
• Maintain contract files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate terms, review clauses, and coordinate CPSR readiness.
• Administer commercial agreements and subcontractor relationships.
• Monitor funding, cost control, and program reviews.
