Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is expanding its workforce and seeking a Superintendent to lead federal construction projects, including GSA, USACE, and NAVFAC work in the Washington, DC area.

You will manage scheduling, subcontractors, client and occupant communications, safety programs, and ensure compliance with contract documents. A strong emphasis on site coordination and detailed look-ahead scheduling is key.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing GSA, USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects.
• OSHA 30hr certification.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Plan, coordinate, and budget project activities; oversee scheduling.
• Coordinate daily with the Project Manager and Owner.
• Manage subcontractors, contractors, owner, inspector, and field coordination.
• Oversee field staff coordination with Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer.
• Attend pre-construction/conference and weekly owner’s meetings; review subcontracted scopes.
