Job summary

CJW Contractors Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Site Superintendent with a minimum of 15 years in federal construction.

The on-site authority will oversee all construction operations, safety enforcement, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and schedule management on occupied federal facilities. The ideal candidate has delivered NAVFAC/USACE/GSA/USAF/NIH projects, managed multiple delivery methods, and holds OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of dedicated federal construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years as a Site Superintendent on federal government construction contracts (commercial experience does not count).
• Experience delivering projects under NAVFAC, USACE, GSA, USAF, or NIH contract vehicles (MACC/IDIQ, SATOC, MATOC, or stand-alone task orders).
• Managed at least two of three delivery methods: Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and IDIQ Task Order.
• Experience on occupied federal facilities with active operations, phasing, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site authority for construction operations, safety enforcement, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and schedule management.
• Read and apply construction drawings at expert level and manage field documentation and as-builts.
• Conduct pre-task meetings and run toolbox talks to communicate hazards.
