CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is expanding its workforce in the federal construction sector and seeks a Superintendent to lead GSA projects in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, safety oversight, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and codes.

The role requires extensive experience with large-scale construction, frontline leadership, and coordination with Owner and Project Manager to drive timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing GSA, USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects.
• OSHA 30hr certification.
• Procore experience and RMS familiarity.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Plan, coordinate, and budget for project activities.
• Coordinate daily with the Project Manager and Owner.
• Manage subcontractors, contractors, owner, inspector, and AHJ field coordination.
• Oversee quality control, safety programs, and site safety compliance.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, weekly coordination meetings, and progress billing.
• Maintain accurate daily records and ensure code conformance.
