Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to provide comprehensive on-site management for construction projects in Washington, DC.

You will oversee all site activities, safety programs, quality control, and schedules, ensuring compliance with plans and specs, subcontractor coordination, and client interface. The role requires a Bachelor's in construction management and 5+ years of field experience, OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred), and strong leadership to drive

Bachelor's degree in construction management is required.
Understanding of CPM scheduling and cost reporting is expected.
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Supervise on-site construction activities and manage self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
Manage project budgets, cost-to-complete, and verify subcontractor requisitions.
Develop baseline schedules and track progress against critical path dates.
Interface with client representatives, A/E representatives, and other contractors.
Lead daily stand-up and weekly foreman meetings; coordinate purchases and deliveries.
Participate in business development and create leads for future projects.
