Accura Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver construction project engineering services for government projects. You will perform project observation, QA, contract administration, and reporting to government personnel in accordance with laws, regulations, and policies.

The role supports submittal reviews, cost estimates, and contract modifications while ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements in a complex, federally funded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, ABET-accredited
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction project engineering, construction management, or construction inspection
• Experience supporting federal construction programs preferred (USACE/DoD)

Responsabilités

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities per contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress through field surveillance and daily reports.
• Review schedules, costs, and payment requests for progress and compliance.
• Review quality plans, safety plans, and submittal registers for compliance.
• Prepare and submit daily Quality Assurance Reports and track deficiencies.
• Verify site layout, elevations, and quality control measures before construction, and monitor material tests.
• Attend safety meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Assist with cost estimates, change proposals, and contract modifications.
