Accura Engineering in Kentucky is seeking a Project Engineer to provide construction project engineering services, including project observation, QA, contract administration, and reporting to government personnel.

This role supports construction project delivery by implementing government decisions, guidance, laws, and regulations, and assisting with submittal reviews, cost estimates, and contract modifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) required.
• Minimum seven years in construction project engineering or construction management.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or other federal programs preferred.
• Familiarity with local permitting, utilities and regional construction methods.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, contract administration, and safety requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA activities per contract.
• Review schedules, progress, and payment requests; report delays.
• Verify compliance with USACE three-phase QC system and safety programs.
• Prepare daily quality assurance reports and maintain deficiency tracking.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and project teams.
• Assist with estimates, change proposals, and contract modifications.
