Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all phases of federal construction projects at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY.

Must be a US citizen and pass a federal background and drug screening. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, manage plans, schedules, budgets, and risk while mentoring the team and communicating progress to owners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture)
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience
• PMP certification is preferred
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE, is preferred
• Strong PM background with leadership and team motivation
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong technical ability to create presentation materials and deliver presentations

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout
• Manage and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; act as primary client contact
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure regulatory compliance
• Implement quality control measures to meet specifications
• Conduct inspections and audits for quality issues
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance, RFIs, REAs, and technical issues
• Assist with site visits and owner presentations
• Guide and mentor team; oversee contract negotiations and dispute resolution
• Monitor progress and report potential delays to stakeholders
• Prepare payment estimates and confirm material availability
• Produce monthly status reports for customers
• Participate in contract modification processes and RFP scopes
• Attend meetings with customers and contractors
• Perform other duties as assigned
