Hitachi Federal is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic capture efforts for federal IT opportunities. Reporting directly to the COO and partnering with the CTO, Business Development Executives, Solution Architects, and Proposal Teams, you will shape opportunities and drive winning capture programs across the lifecycle.

• Experience leading strategic capture efforts for $15M+ federal IT programs.
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement and contract types (IDIQ, FFP, T&M, CPFF).
• Experience with full lifecycle of capture: opportunity qualification, teaming, pricing, and bid/no bid decisions.
• Ability to brief and influence executive and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end capture strategies for new and recompete opportunities.
• Oversee pre-proposal shaping, teaming strategies, and pricing approaches.
• Coordinate capture activities during the proposal phase with proposal managers.
• Lead post-submittal activities and maintain customer engagement and relationships.
